A registered sex offender from New Hampshire was arraigned Sept. 9 in Concord District Court, accused of exposing himself to students in Lexington while on the fitness path in Lincoln Field the afternoons of Sept. 7 and 8.
Jacob Mobley-Hall, 30, of Manchester, New Hampshire, was arrested Sept. 8 near Lexington High School, according to police. He is facing seven counts of open and gross lewd and lascivious behavior, according to a statement from police and court reports.
Police said they received multiple reports about 2:45 p.m. Sept. 8, of a man exposing himself. Mobley-Hall was located by police on the fitness path to Lincoln Fields near the high school. According to the police report filed with the court, he fled the scene after being identified and was tackled by Lexington Police Officer Robert Mercer in a playground in the area. For this incident, three of the seven counts were filed with the court.
